Great video & nice preview pic!😍 Starting to exercise was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've been working out for almost two years now. It helped my physical and mental health tremendously. It completely cured my chronic migraine (suffered for 20 years!) and my social anxiety also got a lot better. I'm like a new person!😀 I highly recommend exercising to everyone! It's never too late!💪

Listened to this before my first training session lifting with a coach after years of being self conscious of how skinny I was from running after growing up as a chunky kid, and I can’t even explain to you how immensely it helped with calming my anxieties. I listen to this the night before every session now and it is just wonderful. It’s so affirming seeing results after so long feeling too anxious to lift, so thank you thank you thank you for this video as it’s become a core component of my process. I hope you know you’re truly, truly helping people. Cannot thank you enough💪

i haven’t done anything really active since covid and this video made me decide to start taking walks again. obv it’s nothing crazy but i think any amount of exercise is better than none :)

That's awesome panda! Honestly walking is some of the best exercise we can do. It's so good for the body and mind! You got nature trails or cool city streets you can go through?

@@duckasmr It’s a training program consisting of muscle-strengthening exercises using my body weight and resistance bands. I’ll also be doing some outdoor running 😊 do you work out as well?

@@SailorPoutine That's great. Calisthenics is a great way to get fit. has a lot of dynamic exercises. I do yeah! I love running, HIIT, and heavy weights. I also do yoga most days for flexability.

@@duckasmr I think it’s because I’m weaker than most and I’m embarrassed and also posture because I can’t even keep my back straight haha it’s an S shape from all the hunching 😭 and the germs haha.

Hey there! Your channel just came up on my feed. Lucky me! I am really into ASMR. Not to brag, but I’m pretty discerning about my ASMR and when I subscribe to a channel with less than 1K subs, the channel usually takes off. Lol.
