Give both back corners of the roof a tap from the inside. Seems to reset the sensor.

Shookones good looking I tap on the drive sensor and light went off cause I had no luck with doing it the video way

Wow! You’re a life saver. I’ll be honest, I’ve seen so many rubbish videos, but this one really worked. I have a 640i F12 convertible, and the roof used to open halfway or just not close fully. I’ve just followed all your tips (tap the roof firmly all round for sensors, and tighten up the manual roof lock when closed). Thank you!

What worked for me, clockwise about 6 to 10 times, hit the inside corners of the top. Kept on twisting as I did that and light stopped flashing Thank You Very Much
