I suffer from an anxiety disorder, I forgot to take my meds the other night, and I woke up went to work, then all the sudden I had an anxiety attack. My heart rate got to 170, and I almost passed out, if it wasn’t for my sister telling me to calm down and sit for a minute and catch my breathe I definitely would have passed out. My boyfriend has been stressing me out a lot, and I’m not gonna lie he is uncaring about my anxiety issues, and just doesn’t seem to get it. Sometimes I feel like I’m all in this on my own.. idk I probably shouldn’t even be posting this, but I just feel I gotta get stuff off my chest.. as weird as this sounds this video made me feel loved, it’s just been a hard day…
