As a "senior" I've had a long time to work on bad habits, which I'm (thanks to you) working to correct. How do I best work on the very important throwing accuracy? Throw into a net? Thanks and please keep up the videos!

Why behind instead of in front? I've seen both, so just curious on your take.

So is the crow hop old school?

We teach a “jab step” with the foot in front instead of behind. Is there a difference?

What I can't seem to get is the arm mechanics; some players seem to be able to throw the ball so that it almost seems level and hisses as it goes by. I've never been able to do that. Am I too rigid? I can confidently bench 225, so I don't think it's a strength thing... my technique is clearly lacking.
