Thank you for sharing this. My daughter is struggling with opening-closing per hips and shoulders, and this really helped, knowing you can pitch staying frontal to the catcher. (hope my poor english is enough to explain what I mean ;) )

Is a pre motion required or can you start from the already loaded position?

You can certainly start from a pre loaded position! But you still need to push back with your feet and drive forward. I have some pitchers who do this and you have to have really strong hips and legs 💪🏻

Daaaaaamn your R leg is twice as thick as your L leg. From all those pitching reps you think? Or did you focus twice as much in the gym on that right leg?

Her legs are the same size. When one leg is straight and one is relaxed, they are going to look different. What a weird comment 🙄
