I've noticed that too. It's 1: always rigged for the one on the right to win with very few exceptions, and 2: about at most 5 minutes in you can tell who will win because of a 'balancing' feature where the currently losing side will get a huge buff in getting more attacks in. In the others like this where it's one circle the pendulum will swing faster to the losing side, and here it was more on the 3rd circle and faster +1 ball respawns. The side that's losing in the beginning (often the right side) will win in the end.

Ah, Rainbow's erosion of Monochrome's base started earlier in the game and that won for them because it allowed their marbles to sit in the holes for longer and slowly but surely eat away at Monochrome's body. :3
