She really is a selfless person. I cannot imagine the amount of patience you'd have to possess to take care of the Whitaker siblings every day. It really is amazing they've stayed together for so long without the intervention of others.

This is so amazing. I’m so glad that they go to find peace with God that’s all that they’re missing now they deserve a good rest after this life they have lived. Sometimes it seems like they barely notice anything, but I think that's a wrong impression. You can see that both Timmy and Lorraine at some points respond to what is being said and Timmy can even write.

I'm surprised they have a bowling alley because I live in southern Maryland and there isn't anything to do here. We used to have a bowling alley but it's been closed for years, so now there's literally nothing to do here that doesn't also exist in all other states like just a library and fast food places. I just thought West Virginia was so much less expensive than Maryland because supposedly there's nothing to do in West Virginia, but they seem to have more than we even have here. It's so much more expensive here though and there aren't any blue collar jobs here. It's just all government jobs which are hard to get.

The family kept calling Mark for money (thousands at a time) and he’d wire it to them and they ended up depleting (squandering) over $100,000 that was fund raised for a new house for them. Then Betty was being interviewed by another KZfaqr about the money and Betty inferred or insinuated that they never got the money or the new house and haven’t heard from Mark. That video was seen by millions and made Mark look bad. He then called Betty and asked her why she made it seem like they never received any money. Her answers made her look a bit ungrateful, thankless, and disingenuous. After all; they received over $100,000! I believe at that point Mark decided to end the fundraising and stop making videos of them.

Mark is an angel and warrior sent from God. Thank you for bringing this family to us. Mark shows unconditional love to everyone he meets just as the Whittakers do. The world could learn from these folks...we would all become better humans if we followed their example of pure love and non-judgement.

I know exactly what you meant! I too am VERY quiet sometimes especially around new folks or when I’m in new situations… the family definitely has adopted Mark as Cousin mark it would seem. It’s really fun to watch their whole family dynamic grow even if it’s not all blood. I saw this too and related a lot. Feels great to feel safe and let go.
