We usually think of our mind as just thoughts and emotions, but according to the teachings of Buddha, these make up only one aspect of the mind.

stanley landrin check out big sky/big mind guided meditation by Joseph Goldstein, it helped me to experience true nature of mind, but I still need to build stability.

Someone who has discovered it could guide you. A good teacher would guide you while letting you do the job by yourself. So, the victory would be your own.
