i live in US and been to whitney and celine concerts, i’m afraid we just need to admit so hyang is on different level. they all can compete on range and power but interpretation and transition so hyang blows every singers away bar none. not to mention the crescendo she likes to pull off and legato in this song that none of us singers barely attempted

Awesome reaction friend. One of my favorite reaction videos of yours. I thought the EXACT same things as you throughout that performance. I tear up 7/10 times when I listen to her on any of her "King of Mask" performances (I've already listened to them 25+ times well as all the reaction videos of them so far lmaooo), and its random. Sometimes I just zone in so hard on both her technique coupled with the emotion she puts in it and it just hits me. I don't even need to listen to a translation.... but when I eventually watch and english subtitled version, I 100% tear up.

My first view of this artiste and immediate reaction why is she wearing a mask? and a rather silly one at that. I instantly thought of Jason from FRIDAY THE 13TH ! ..a Tailor or Ventriloquist Dummy and limited movement. No doubt she has a beautiful voice but you would agree in a song like this wearing a weird mask there is a certain 'lostness' in emotion of the face and eyes to portray the lyrics and soulfulness sadly disappointing in this respect and especially for a talented singer of this calibre. I certainly look forward to seeing her in another performance without the mask. until then as Tonto would say to his masked friend 'kembo savvy' I do enjoy your very informative reactions and for that I thank you.
