I think that patch of grass that you were looking it. It might be pasture grass.. I had some of that stuff in the middle of my yard about a 2 foot round circle and I could not kill it so I dug it out.

If you’re in an area of WA State where Mt St.Helen’s ash was from the eruption, then yes, you do have good soil!

I know everyone says the Fall is the best time to overseed/renovate, but I'm glad you do it in the Spring like I do! Nice to see others breaking the rules in pursuit of the ultimate lusciousness. I haven't done a soil test like that cause, Canada... but I do the at home tests and revamped my amendments as well! Nice work bruh.

Up there in the NW, the soil is rich because of volcano deposits…??? Maybe…IMO Family lives in OR, levels sky high like yours , grass is looking good

that patch of grass at 6:54 looks like "Echinochloa crus-galli" i dont like it in the lawn.... but selective herbicide "puma extra" works on it rly well :)

The front and back are b-hyve and controlled on my phone , the back back is just a single orbit timer that goes off every morning at 6am then I can also push manual so I can water in the afternoon 😊🔥🙏🏾🤙🏾

I am absolutely mind blown by the results of your back-back. WTF! It's so freakin good soil for a lawn that you didn't even take care of. I just did my soil test 2 months ago on a lawn I've been working on for two years. It is absolutely terrible. It failed every single ingredient by a long shot. The only two things that were optimal was Sodium & Sulfur. I live in a brand new neighborhood in Georgia, USA that is almost 3 years old. Every single person has bad lawn in my neighborhood because we have the typical Georgia clay soil plus modern home builders buiding houses efficiently without caring about the soil.

Definitely good but stop using Phosphorus back there for this season. Re-evaluate next year IMO. This is normally high for most people before a soil test is done because most ferts have phosphours in them and we dont care without the test. This is what my test told me last year. I will test again next year.

Hello, i have a question. Im going to put down lawn advancer. I have a 32oz sprayer bottle. When putting the 4oz in the bottle i should fill the rest with water correct? Wanted to try something different then my backpack sprayer. Tha ks so much

I mean 4-6oz should be in at least a gallon but as long as the sprayer covers the whole area evenly and you water after you should be fine 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾👊🏾
