CBI must complete investigation before the July hearing in Supreme Court on the following: 1. Who are responsible for creating the supernumerary posts for hiring unqualified teachers and C & D employees? 2. Who are responsible for selecting for scanning OMR sheets 3. Who are responsible for destroying the scan/ electronic copy of OMR sheets of all candidates appeared the test (s) of SSC 4. Why SSC said in Supreme Court that 5,250 employments are disqualified when CBI investigated that 8,324 unqualified employments 5. Double check 8,324 unqualified employments’ list and if every one of the rest of 17,429 are qualified employees in order to make accurate lists of qualified and unqualified ones 6. List who took money from the real unqualified employees for giving them undue job. Collect the full bribing money and 12% interest for 6 years from the persons of this list 7. Charge the unqualified candidates with 50% of the salary they received + 12% interest from the date of employment

Supreme Court gave time to SSC to prepare the lists of who are really qualified and who are really unqualified. CBI must ensure SSC to complete the following prior to the 3rd hearing in the Supreme Court in July-2024: 1. SSC submits a list, separating the qualified and unqualified teachers with proper investigation of CBI. This is a must to secure human right of the real qualified teachers and group C or D employees. 2. Aware SSC Chairman and other staffs that they shall be responsible if they do not provide correct references for identifying the unqualified teachers/ employees 3. SSC’s Lawyers must defend only the qualified teachers, not the illegally hired ones 4. In which procedure NYSA was hired for scanning OMR sheets of all candidates 5. Who allowed Data Scantech (a 3rd party hired by NYSA) to scan OMR in the SSC office 6. Who ordered SSC to destroy all scan copies

SSC did not give separate lists of qualified and unqualified employment in High Court. That's why HC had to dismiss all 25,753 jobs. Becoz Modi and BJP supporting the qualified teachers to protect their jobs Mamta told SSC to give a number of 5,250 unqualified, whereas CBI investigated and found 8,324 unqualified. Now all teachers and non-teachers have to commit that they will return money if they are found unqualified or no qualified list is presented to Supreme Court. Mamta and TMC's high cost lawyers only struggled in the Supreme Court for saving WB cabinet not to be in CBI custody.

The TMC spokesperson was basically making mockery of the PM . I fail to understand what great achievements he has to his credit that he was making fun of PM and sentiments of 800M Hindus in this country . Media should stop inviting such people who in the name of Debate basically creates confusion & commotion .
