You join me here on a short video tour from the Sol Lunamar Apartments, Palma Nova to some local places to eat and drink. Here are a few recommendations for you if you visit the area of Palma Nova or even Magaluf which is just up the road. Places to eat for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Also if you stay out past midnight, be prepared to do 'the walk of shame'! More info on that in the video!

Another goodie bringing back happy memories, My wife and i thought it was so much better when that restaurant took over Costa Coffee as it seemed such a huge waste of space when it was the coffee shop. That water looked very inviting for a toe dipping and a paddle is about as much as i would do as I dont swim LOL . The walk of shame didnt look like the sort of walk you want to do after a night of heavy drinking LOL a few falls on those steps and you Wake up bruised the next morning and wonder why!!

Love Majorca looks fantastic where you are. We have been going further a field as I think you get a better value for the pound. But have been to Santa Ponsa so many times (my wife's second home, her words) love it. I am second gen Irish but love the mix, so many good bars. If you ever go I will give you the low down.🍺🍺🍺👍👍👍

I'll look on the map once home. It's very 'British' here. So more a brits abroad type thing. But good for food and beaches. Lovely weather. You def need air con. You'd struggle without. Thanks Joe.

Nice John, do you prefer Palma Nova or Calis ( Jiva Beach )? Is it just you and your wife John?

Yes, just us 2. Calis bit further afield. So clean and everyone so happy. Staff will do anything for you. Palma Nova, 2 hour flight, home from home. Brits abroad type of place. Pays ya money, takes ya pick eh! I've enjoyed both.

How busy does the pool get please and do you have to do the sunbed run to get a bed in the sun?

Hi. Depends on time of year I guess but many put towels down for their preferred place, but to be honest, it's not a run for ya life type place. Its very chilled. You can quite easily not bother and grab a bed later. And beach is 5 minutes over the road. Its quite a laid back place. Funny enough, was watching the video myself today and thought, 'think I'll go back next year'. Lovely relaxing place. Hope that helps.

Hiya. Ah, tbh I can't remember. Think 10 euros or something. Not fortunes. Cheap enough if you wanna go every day. And you do get them all day. Look after ya bags etc when on em. We tied our stuff to the metal of the umbrella roof. Hope you have a great time. I love it there. Nice and cheap, great weather. Lovely sea. Thanks for watching.
