The pcb looks like it's burned out. you need to scrape the pcb clean to prevent electrical leakage. the resistor is 221=220ohm.

From my observation, the original resistor of 221 was okay. Do resistors get shorted?

From my understanding resistors are red on the value on top of it not on the number marked on the board. In a follow up video ( Samsung_ Galaxy_A20_ Charging_error_Fex) our technician argued that he used R39 as the value which I think is wrong.

The value of the original resistor was 221, which is 220 olms
