Yes. Ask cvs pharmacist to advise. Increase nuts dairy leafy dark greens. I take potassium tablet n one magnesium glyinate each day but I was advised by chemo nurses. Check with your dr. And or pharmacist. Always. To be sure.

Never take calcium..they did a research on age care recently that they were given calcium supposedly for bone resulted that all of them suffer osteoporosis. Aunty Pam guides are never wrong. Potassium. Watch Barbara O'Neil teaching.

Agree - I listen to ALL the signs! And, as an Aries - thank you for that strong warning - to not get involved with a crazy, nutcase situation, Nor, a situation where some other individual (s) start something then turns the situation around to nmmake it look as if III Statmrted the situation/ altercation, whatever. Glad that I have no contact with those sleazes, but - who knows - they may come back around, to try to finish "what they tried to do" before.

I love your readings. Re: water signs, needing vitamins. 21 minutes into the reading. Particularly potassium and something to do with the bones. I am a water sign (Scorpio)& have to get blood draw for basic metabolic panel to test my electrolytes, which is sodium, magnesium and potassium. and I have to supplement my potassium with prescription strength potassium and an electrolyte sparing prescription. I have hyper calciuria, high calcium in my urine. I have an autoimmune disease called sarcoidosis. One of the common issues people who have sarcoidosis is high calcium and low potassium. It’s necessary for proper muscle function, including the heart. And taking vitamin d helps the bones stay healthy. I have to get my vitamin d checked too. Thank you for picking up on that advice from the guides. I also have to eat a ‘controlled’ oxalate diet.

hahaha I feel like the spirit world (my mum?) is talking through you regarding the air signs and sleep. I'm a Gemini. 'some of you need more sleep and you need to go to bed earlier than what you do or sleep longer'. Yes to all of those. I've been grappling with this for a while. I keep telling myself to go to bed early. I tend to stay awake until just after midnight because I'm on my laptop.
