Is there away to put wires in the B pillar? I want to put a 2nd battery on passenger side at the back of the engine bay. Then have the wires come through firewall to the back.

Is that rubber gasket at 7:15 a way to route your cables into the inside of your vehicle, so you just slice into it and run the cables in and they come out of the rear?

Correct, the rubber grommet is for access to a bolt to remove the rear spoiler if needed, but there's some room inside there, so it's routed in that grommet and through the rubber channel/hose to the right, which leads into the headliner of the vehicle. From there, down the driver side to where the spare tire jack is mounted, and onward to the front of the vehicle.
