Originally, I was going to make a four-door folding like you see on all the others. I have two very thick canvas tarps like ones on a circus tent put one on the inside and I have 4 inch foam panels that I put in and then put the other one on the outside. At first, I was using that only as temporary until I built the doors, but it worked so well and it’s so convenient when I just pull everything down when I’m ready to unload and I don’t have any of the doors in my way I am a little confined to space next to my forest on the Door side. Actually this system works very very well for a solar kiln. With the heat exchanger, you can keep it running all winter long and still get wood to dry in a timely manner. Thanks for watching. Below 10% it just reads low. Above 10%moisture will give actual reading So it’s reading low I am at 10% or less then I measure the shrinkage

You are losing 80% of the heat off the barrel just using it to warm the inner chamber which keeps the room hotter and dryer than without it. I also get rid of all my waist Wood so it’s a win-win for me. 👍🤠

I give it a quick clean every rotation but have not needed to replace exchanger
