Here is another useful video about solar structure manufacturing or solar structure design in
which I practically explain on a solar system installation site how to fabricate a solar panel mounting structure.
There are many types of solar system structure like galvanized iron structure garter based customized solar structure L2 solar structure L3 solar structure etc.
So in this video I share some useful tips about solar structure manufacturing like nut bolts paint grounding for ground mounted solar structure design.

Here in India, we use C channel for Columns and Rafter. A U channel for perlin. Structure is built in such a way that no welding is required. I installed last week my 3KW structure myself with the help of my younger brother.

I live off grid in the US, I also welded a frame together for my 16 panel array. I really like this design. I used square tube, 6 total 4", and the rest was all 1/8" angle iron. Those H/I beems look very solid!
