To be honest... There isn't much to it...
I was told it isn't good to take a lot of nutritional supplements at the hospital, so I decreased what I take a lot, but one and two...They started increasing again ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I've always felt it while taking them, but just because I take them, it's not like, wow!!!!!! And, just because I don't take them, I'm not like whew....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ But, they say it's good for you... I'm one of those humans that takes them with that belief^'^

Unnie taking supplements for a long time will have an effect on your kidneys. We have so many patients with chronic kidney disease because of such. Rather than helping, it may even cause you to get sick. Please listen to your doctor, we only want you to be healthy. :(

I hope this comment gets recognized. Please dear Solar, reconsider and decrease your intake of supplements. It really does more damage for your health and at a certain point, your body will get immunized from the supplements. Please listen to your doctor. We don't want you to get sick trying to get healthy.

Unnie, if your doctors says that you lack a certain type of vitamin, then it's ok to take. But taking too much of those unnecessary ones won't be very healthy.

와우.. 알고리즘으로 이끌려 왔는데.. 콜라겐은 해당 제품 맛은 있지만 함량이 높지 않고 당이 많이 들어있어서 가루 타입으로 바꾸시면 좋을거 같고 마그네슘은 추후에 킬레이트 마그네슘으로 바꾸시면 좋고용 ㅎㅎ

오메가쓰리같이 캡슐로 된 알약 삼키실 때 고개 숙이면 더 잘 넘어가요!! 일반 알약은 고개 드는 게 효율적이지만 캡슐 약들은 부력 때매 물에 뜨기 때문에 고개를 숙이면 훨씬 나을 거예요😆

Can't wait for the next video! I don't understand Korean, but I hope she really give us insight of the process of creating an album. From the song making, recording, cover album photoshoot, dance etc. I really like that kind of behind the scene stuff so we can really appreciate the artists works
