Yes it will work but the solar panel should be able to supply min 5v input so may be u have to wait upto 5 to 10 min so that it's get charged up and then it will work properly. Or u can go for the battery also.👍

PMDC MOTOR / RED WIRE IS POSITIVE AND BLUE IS NEGATIVE.
