Buffing barrel CD and barrel crit dmg are the only real buffs I see, that would not result in the need of more changes. Changing Triforce to crit would also make other adcs building it and would make bruiser avoiding the item and since riot probably doesnt want to adjust more things this wont happen. Barrel cooldown needs a 2 sec on every rank and GP feels better. Giving barrels 10% crit dmg plus so he has 15% would result in reverting the IE -10%critdmg for GP, which is needed to compensate that nerf. These 2 changes alone would make him 49,5-50% WR again, which would be perfect, maybe even a bit too high but it wouldnt really be that massive since early game is mostly untouched.

Not a buff, but a nice thing would be to remove the visibility of the barrels for the enemies

realistic gps barrels should be like 12 secs not 18 every other char is like 4 to 9 seconds on all their abilites gp orange and barrels is 21 and 18 why
