This is heavily reminiscent of solaris.exe by Nikitpad. Love stuff like this that harkens back to the MSDOS/Win9x days, when malware used to be a lot more artistic and also blatantly destructive :)

I thought the same thing! Ive only ever had one happen. But i was in class one day and yeah... my vision started to look like this (i thought i was going blind and just put my head on the desk to suffer in silence lol) Anyway after getting a rave show in my eyeballs i then went on to have like a 2 day long headache... idk why or how it all happened but that was almost a decade ago and its the only time ive ever experienced such a thing.
