Seems like a pretty advanced transmission for its time. I test drove an LT90A with the Dyna 4 about 4 years ago. It’s hard to explain how smooth that tractor was but I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about. Fell in love with it but for whatever reason the used equipment dealer couldn’t figure out the financing. Had to go to Deere at that point. That’s when I got the worst tractor I’ve ever owned!

The Dyna4 (Auto4) or Dyna6(Auto 6) are very similar just more Powershifts 6 versus 4. Transmission is still used today in the Massey Ferguson Brand and now available in the Global Series (More Economical Tractor) and the S Series. When your ready to move up maybe that will help you get our of the green and get what work better for you.

@@VahrenbergImplement I had a 6330. Supposed to be one of the best hay tractors ever. It couldn’t pull a 4x5 baler uphill over 4-5mph. Gutless pile of junk. Bunch of electrical problems too. Meanwhile my Massey 393 pulls a 10 foot discbine uphill at 8mph 😂😂 I wish I could get cab parts for this 393, I’d restore it. Really I probably got someone else’s lemon but it’s alright. It’s long gone now. The 5711D is interesting to me. I just really love that transmission! Do you know if there’s any plans to add the Dyna to the 6700 series? I think that would be a pretty cool machine.

That must be why those series not popular when we trade for them 6000 Series Deeres. We would love to see Dyna4 or even the Dyna2 in 6700 Series. Not sure the future of 5700/6700 Series and changes that might be made for North America.

That seem to be a great tractor, but too large for my type of work. I have two tractors and they are used for non agricultural usage currently at my home in the rural area. I want to grow a garden, but first have to figure out how to deal with the deer which is around my area. That tractor would be great for someone operating a large farm/ranch, or even construction business and have plenty of horsepower for that usage being able to pull all the implements needed by farmers, and ranchers.

Curious, where you an AGCO or Massey dealer before AGCO dropped the AGCO brand?

We started out as Oliver in 1952, then added Minneapolis-Moline and they Merged to Create White Tractor then in 1999 when the local AGCO Allis Dealer retired we added AGCO Allis. Then AGCO Allis & White Merged into AGCO Brand. In 2007 we added Massey Ferguson when the local dealer retired and then AGCO and Massey Ferguson Merged into Massey Ferguson. We've seen a lot of changes over the years and I can tell you right now AGCO has been the best parent company and the product is at the highest level of reliability & performance we've seen in our 65 years selling farm equipment.
