Just bought 2006 RX 330 with 94,000 miles. White with tan leather. Looks brand new. This is my all-time favorite car.

have the same one with 160k miles nice car. @ 160k it still drives like it is brand new. just need to replace the belt. By far one of the most reliable cars! I also have a friend who has 300k on 2 lexus and still no problems! Reason why I am going to stick with lexus from now on

@@lorenfok1097 haha mine too.. I replaced it in February . :P .. umm my O2 sensor recently went bad... not liike crazy stuff.. I mean compared to my other vehicles this is nothing...

@@iTzShakenJoE did some digging on clublexus forums and found many other 2nd gen RX owners having radiator problems. Anyways I went aftermarket replacement for mines instead of OEM which I believe is Denso? Since so many OEM radiator fail I decided to try aftermarket.

I have 05 model only problems I had recently are cv axle , catalytic converter , exhaust manifold and struts soon that’s about it ,

This car began development in 1998 and finished in 2000...For such an old design, it feels like this car still has a lot going for it. Kind of makes me want to own a Luxury car for that reason. They just seem so much nicer. In 2020, you would be able to trade this kind of car for a new one. (albeit it would probably be around a compact-class)

Trying to convince my mom to sell her 06 bmw x3 and get one of these. The x3 only has 180k miles but has been to the shop multiple times and every warning light is on.

170k , a lot , but it's so reliable. I bought it from an auction. I guess you can say it was a lemon car at first... I put like 4000k fixing which i wasn't to happy doing.. Now it's good! @@saltie.7783

VERY!!!!!! I had Acura, Audi, Volvo, and BY FAR The most reliable. It's fantastic in the snow. Last year i had an Acura and it was terrible in the snow. I drove the Lexus recently, and i didn't get stuck once! @@Kauffman578

Yes, the 2. Gen. RX is very reliable! Just make sure the suspension is alright, the ball bearings are the weakest point of this car, but that's an easy repair.

I assume you mean timing belt. Mine has 132k with original TB still. Risking it but Lexus parts are so well made that I feel I can go to 150k as is. Had thermostat replaced @~~100k and needs it again, running hot. Best vehicle I’ve ever had
