Bo, another beautiful coach at a crazy gasser price. Gotta love those older Monaco’s. Top of the line quality and only 19K miles…..shoot, it’s still in the wrapper! I’d take this older Monaco over a brand new coach….and that’s the honest truth. Should sell quick. 👍

talk about not letting people inspect. what about the signs on your ladders? people should be able to walk the roof if they want to buy. its part of the inspection process

You have it totally wrong those signs are up at our insurance companies request and because we do not want unescorted customers getting on the roof of the RVs. We have no problem with serious customers and inspectors getting on roofs under the right circumstances. Unlike most other RV dealers we actually allow customers to just casually look at our inventory without being escorted by a salesperson unless they specifically ask for one to show them around. This is part of the downside to that way of doing business. We had an unescorted customer a few years ago who took it among themselves to climb up the ladder of a motor home and look around without asking first. they fell off because it had rained the night before and it was slick, Needless to say, an ambulance was called and they sued us, they easily won, cost our insurance company a ton of money made our business insurance go up over 7 times what we were paying to this day. That fall has so far cost us around 150,000 total out of our pocket in higher insurance cost so if you had to spend that much because someone else's lack of common sense and clumsiness you would be cautious to in the future about letting people on roofs of RVs Again we do allow customers and inspectors to inspect roofs with a salesperson after the salesperson has made sure the roof is not wet and safe to walk on as well, We then bring a rolling set of steps to make it easier for our customers to get on and off the roof and a sales rep stays with them the entire time they are on the roof. We also have the customer sign a liability waiver stating that we are not responsible if they slip or lose their balance and fall off. All of this is impossible to do if some random person looking at RVs takes it upon themselves to climb up on a random roof so you can see the obvious need for the signs. We have to watch out for our liability as a business and our customer's safety first and foremost. You will find most dealers are like this with customers getting on the roof of RVs.
