What a epic 360 degree home ! That same house in beverly hills would be 15 to 20 million usd. My fiancé is from Ilocos Sur. We watched many of your videos and contemplated buying in you area. However on a vacation to Yelloe National Park she caught covid. Gladys spent 30 days in ICU then passed away. She loved watching your channel.Thank you Apple foe your videos!

Is this in Midland Tagaytay in Sycamore . I have two lots property in Sycamore..Just wondering why the owner selling this property . Last time I visited here 2018 . Only few houses in Sycamore . So quiet and peaceful and gorgeous. View .I can’t wait to start and built my own place for retirement . I love the place and view of the nature.

Ang ganda ng bahay but the owners decided to sell it. Maybe it has to do with the Taal Volcano being very active. Sayang. Obvious sa design ng bahay na pinag-isipan talaga nila at hnd binarat sa gastos. I wonder if 78 million is enough para sa nagastos nila sa pagpapagawa pa lang ng house.
