Sea La Vie is a clean vessel with an Awlgrip exterior paint and sky blue non-skid decks with no exterior teak, making her very updated, crisp, and easier to maintain. This vessel has upper and lower helms. Many system overhauls and upgrades including Naiad Stabilizers complete service/fins dropped new seals, new electric heads/plumbing and tank, macerator and fresh water pumps, AGM batteries, Magnum inverter/charger and Bimini with enclosure and complete set of sun screens for the back deck. There is a maintenance log and receipts for the major work kept in binders by the current and past owners. There are boxes of spare parts. Included is a 2005 Nautica 12' tender with 40hp Yamaha. Great Boat !! You make it EASY to take these tours when you Lack the muzak and jittery camera work, etc, some of the other boat channels have. Thumbs UP on most all of your tours !

Yeah, gimbal to hold your phone or camera makes a huge difference. And you can get a decent one for 100 bucks.

Nice. I've seen quite a few of these in trawlers and some sailboats. Practically indestructible. Parts are readily available from American Marine Diesel in New Jersey.

Amazing shape for the year. lots of real estate on this vessel. Curious about hours on the engines. Absolutely no doubt they have been well serviced though.

She had about 9000 total hrs with 7000 hrs since rebuild.

The Lehman Engines are a Version(Marine) of the Diesel Motors in the Light Trucks and Light Vans Used and Built by Ford. Parts are Easy to Get and are Rebuildable too.

Hi Bob. The engines have about 9,000 hrs total and were rebuilt at about 2,000 hrs. So 7,000 since rebuild. I don't know why they were rebuilt. Yes. The previous owner had the exterior wood painted when the rest of the boat was done. That's $50,000.00 paint job! I kinda like the modern look of it. Of course, it will need touching up, as would brightwork.

Naturally aspirated Ford Lehmans are known to run for 20,000 hrs. You will not find a stabilized vessel in this shape for under 100k. This one is currently under contract and will be sold soon. Let me know if I can be of help navigating this market.
