For this you need:-
- 0.6mm nichrome wire
- A size battery holder or 18650 battery holder
- Radio antenna tube
- Button switch
- Some copper wire

Nichrome wire coil on the conductive Copper wire will not work. This is short circuit. No insulation in between copper and nichrome wires.

As you said you use copper wire as supply conductor and wound nichrome wire on it. Between Supply conductor and nichrome wire coils can be short circuit. Thanks.

You change the subject. I carefully watch your this and second videos. Subject is not the copper wire is used as supply conductor or heated element. If you wrap directly nichrome wire on copper wire and there is no insulation material in between can be short circuit. NowI would like to ask, if there is no problem in your this video, why you put fiber insulation material in between nichrome coil and bolt? Thank you. Have a good time.

Ampere depends upon the nichrome wire thickness so we cant predict that if you use battery no worry to ampere ratting so always use a battery it gives great result

If you use 0.8mm nichrome wire one volts you need a 2.7 cm length so you just calculated for which volts you needed
