Hi Bishop! ❤ Happy Feast of Saint Peter and Saint Paul! Happy Fiesta, Loboc! ❤ The Church which is The Body of Christ is a great structure with Jesus as the keystone, the fellowship of believers as living stones, and the apostles with their preaching and teaching as the firm and solid foundation. ❤ Of the apostles, Peter and Paul stand above the rest who are the two greatest builders of the foundation. They are the two great pillars of the church who came from very different backgrounds. For all their differences, they also have things in common. ❤They both suffered in the exercise of their mission and both found themselves at odds with the Lord. Peter denied Jesus publicly three times. Paul violently persecuted the followers of Jesus, and thereby persecuted Jesus himself. ❤ Yet, their resistance to the Lord did not prevent the Lord from working powerfully through them. ❤❤❤
