The jewelry industry needs to give the right impression that 24K is good for daily wear. For the price of a 14K chain, I purchased a 24K chain in Asia. I wear it with Mene Athenian Owl Pendant, I'm so glad I hold off buying any gold chain in the US.

@Melissa Nacional thanks yeah i like the nature theme. I got it on their gold classic chain. I got their coiled snake ring and lion head band and etched arrow ring too and heavy rounded box chain bracelet. I'd say the rings especially the lion and pendant are my favourite. If they get some cooler designs i might get some other things. But you definitely made a good choice! It's great when there are videos out there showcasing the pieces like you said! Thanks 😊

I agree 24k is definitely wearable, but it’s a little rough around the edges, for lack of a better term. It’s going to bend and dent easily and can possibly break. I’m not against it, and I would definitely wear it if I had the funds to gamble on its durability. I have a 5mm 22k rope chain and it just looks so much better than the “twist” chain I saw on Mene’s website. The twist chain looked very crude in comparison. But I do like the idea of gold jewelry that’s completely pure. Maybe in the future I’ll take a shot. At this point, I won’t wear anything less than 22k. There’s also another site that sells 23k gold chains from Thailand, they’re definitely less crude than Mene.

My first Mené set is the coiled Serpent ring, pendant & earrings and I can tell you this; do NOT buy the Mené earrings that are NOT hoops because you WILL lose them, because the 24k front peaces are so heavy, and backs are silicone, and even if you wear your own backings, they get lost, I dread having lost one of the snake earrings, same as with diamond studs, never again, I’ve lost all of them! Only Mené hoops & those hanging in earring styles are a go, and pendants should be put on the proper chains as I did wear the serpent in a leather string and that thing broke, gold is too heavy to wear it in anything but the chain that’s supposed to hold it! That said, I love Mené ❤

It’s gorgeous, I’ll probably buy it now that I’ve seen it, if it’s still available, as I am the sleeping Phoenix in human design, and y’all do you know in 2027 starts a new epoch called the era of the sleeping Phoenix?
