Those who are saying that he joined army, must consider the fact that he's been honoured by Indian army's honorary post in territorial Branch for winning world cup ( earlier Kapil dev in Punjab regiment ) , later on he was promoted by then coas in parachute regiment of TA ..... But what's important is - being a civilian he had those OLQs to be an officer

My only regret in life is not joining army earlier. Now I'm 32, fortunately, I can apply for territorial army. Let's hope it works out. Preparing for the exams. One day, I'll be able to serve my second mother. Jai hind.

The officer who escorted Lieutenant Colonel Dhoni was Colonel Santhosh Mahadik Sena Medal of 21 para special forces who is no more as he was martyred in the line of duty near forward post. 2. Proud to say that wife of Colonel Santhosh Mahadik Sena medal, has stepped in to her husband footsteps and today she is an officer Indian Army commissioned in to the Army Ordinance corp commissioned from officers training academy Chennai tamil nadu.🇮🇳

I'm very proud of MS Dhoni bcause now he is part of the Para(TA) Regt. Our greatest captain is a Lt Col in the army and I'm sure that if the country needs him him to fight on a different field he will do it with distinction and courage. The hallmark of an Indian.
