Forgot to mention, I too have been building my Superboy collection slowly for over 30 years! Great to see your collection!

Those are some great covers Shannon. Good mix of silver and bronze! And to think in 2023 we have Spider-Boy appearing on the Marvel side when DC already had Superboy for decades. Thank you for showing!

Leo! Superboy is another character ( at least the original ) that’s been shuffled off to the side unfortunately. There are so many fun stories and outstanding art and covers in these books! Appreciate you coming by as always with a great comment my friend..

Hey Shannon. Yeah real life comes first, an unfortunate part of it, glad to hear your cousin is doing better. Very cool Palisades Park & AMT Models ad. Very cool Superboy books, especially those Adams books #158, fantastic cover & #160, fantastic cover if i had a favorite cover, it would be this one.

Hey Michael.. I loved those old Palisades ads and pretty much any ad from the silver age. Those Superboy comics are so much fun and it doesn’t hurt to have a Neal Adams cover, right? 😉 Take care my friend😊

Duplicate copy sickness is alive and well. Love the old Superboy. I liked it more than when they did the later solo Bronze Age series in the early 80s after the Legion received their own title.

Hey Erik.. I’m with you buddy.. I liked the 80’s Superboy ok but it didn’t come close to the first series in terms of art and story.. Just didn’t have the same feel. And YES! Duplicate copy sickness is definitely alive and well in this series.. Wow.. I’m sitting here wondering.. why are there so many copies of Superboy #206..? 🤔😂😂

Hey Jeff. Always appreciate you stopping by my friend. Was so very sorry to hear about your dad.. Prayers for you and your Mom and your family buddy.. Take care 🙏🙏

Good stuff Shannon! Superboy is still one of the most affordable superhero of the Silver Age, except maybe for the early Legion of Super-Heroes appearances. The covers were great hooks that made you want to find out what was inside, and they were always a fun read.

Hey Ranger.. I agree, Superboy was so much fun and even now is still pretty easy on the wallet .. Also never hurts to have Adams on those covers and the great Bob Brown/Murphy Anderson/Wally Wood art in a lot of them. Thank you for watching my friend!

Higgy! Yeah, I thought it was funny we were showing Superboy comics at the same time. Us DC guys gotta stick together! 😂 The folks are good and little cousin Sue has a ways to go in her recovery but she’ll get there. Thank you buddy. Hope all is well with the Hawkfamily and enjoy your trip to NY! 😊

🗣" Peep Hole , Peep Hole come one come all and enjoy Brother Shannon's Super Boy oh Boy Exhibition of KAL El ossal comics! Return to the days of Smallville adventuring alongside the 😍Gingerlicious Lana Lang and that most faithful of canine companions , the much beloved , Krypto! " 🤓 Yes , indeed Brother Shannon do continue with the Superboy books and I cast my vote for seeing that stack of cover less books! Definitely am a fan of Mon El ! Both his and Ultra Boy's first appearances are indeed KEYn issues. 🤔I wonder if any of the current day " Key Experts" are aware that Superboy comic books have appeared , without the speculation fanfare books are given today , on both the small and big screen during the Silver Age ? In two episodes of Leave It To Beaver's first season fans will see Beaver reading a generic cover comic book but you can see that the interior pages are from an issue of Superboy and in the 1961 low budget film " The Exiles" a story of a day in the life of a group of Native Americans living in Los Angeles there are two scenes where you see the same guy from the group kicking back on a couch reading a Superboy comic. Issue #160 , the popular cover of self exile in space is one I remember fondly; for no particular reason it was during Neal Adams's run on the book that I started reading the series on a regular basis. During the summer of '69 I went along with my paternal grandparents as they took a trip in their camper to Arizona and New Mexico where we stopped at a Mom & Pop store to get some groceries , the store had a spinner rack so naturally I directed my attention to it and as I was approaching the spinner rack I noticed that there was a movie theatre across the street showing a Mike Henry Tarzan movie. My Grandma let me get one comic book so I selected Superboy # 160 and every night until we got back home to California I read that issue! Other issues you shared I remember having but they fell victim to house moving loss.
