Hello sir, thanks to your tutorial. But i have problem in minute 7:57. Rebuild errors, cannot create a valid fillet/chamfer because either this filleted/ chamfered face is self-intersecting or its loop is bad. Please give me solution. Thanks

hey bro i just want to know something if i have the reduction ration and number of teeth and the pitch of the chain almost the needed dimensions of the sprockets and chain "how could i know the perfect center distance?" and the curve down there of the chain is this equal to 2% of the center distance ?! if you have pdf or something for calculation please help me..... thanks in advane

keep outer path same for both chain.

You need reference images to do the work it doesn’t look a bike chain it’s very simple looking chain

I have an error after correcting like the video as well, but I was carefully put two of it again to set a right position before doing any mate and it fits perfectly

For Real view you need professional graphics card in your system like Nvidia Quadro series or AMD firepro Series. other cards will not support real views.

arc corner distance is measures from side circle center point its around 0.4373028 inch

The Cut in last part , where you modified chain assembly is problematic. The dimensions are not correct in here. you modified them later on.
