In the second part, why did you design the balls bigger than the channel? It seems like they are interfering. Is it typical to design the balls bigger, expecting the channel to deform?

Why did you design rectangular channels in the pillow block if it is press fit? If needed to be removed, you could press from the other side

Sir, how can you give the dimensions of model? Do you use a book or something? In your all tutorials, you are giving exact dimensions, I mean you aren't thinking them while modelling. If you are using some books or PDF files, can you give a link to us? Thanks :)
