SOLO CAMPING IN MY NEW VW CRAFTER, NOT YET A CAMPERVAN CONVERSION BUT IT WILL BE. NEAR WHITSAND BAY, TREGANTLE RANGES, TREGANTLE BEACH, PORTWRINKLE, MILLBROOK - CORNWALL

That's the best thing about campervans, you can end up in random places and stay for a few days if you want. When you said Looe is just round the corner, I thought you meant the toilet blocks 😆.

Hello, I have only just found your channel, and wanted to say that I think you are brilliant. I would also like to say that the backing music that your brother created for this video is a stroke of genius, I simply can not get the tune out of my head. I have also watched your video with your cat in a camper, I too also have a defiant cat 🐈 if I tell him off he yawns and still does as he pleases

awesome video. i was on the shooting team for merseyside army cadets. we did our shooting at altcar. good old days. hopefully ill have my van next year. i currently do car camping. love how you started giving country code advice lol. look forward to your next cool vid.

It really was fun. I see army cadets around and i get so jealous. They dont realise that in a blink it will all be just an awesome memory, Id go back as an instructor but my work hours just wouldn't allow it 🙁. Don't know if you ever used one but in cadets we camped up in Scotland and they gave us a silk inner blanket for a sleeping bags. Made a massive difference in the cold. Might be worth a try. Have fun.

Look at replacing the window switch, straight swap. That may cure your window issue.

common problem window switch issue on sprinters and crafters often due to water ingress or age depending on van age , changing the switch normally sorts it.

1:50 Was that a porky pig overtaking you? When driving a van, it’s worth checking the door mirrors every ten seconds or so, and look way back. It’s a good way to reduce surprises.

@@JosieMay26 Great response. As a cyclist and a motorcyclist before I was a car driver, van driver etc, the habit came easy to me. But not everyone has the same experiences. As I get older, that realisation becomes easier to accept. I sense that you absorb the world in a hurry, but you’re smart enough to figure out the important things. What’s going on behind you can often be quite important. Sometimes those porky piglets are interested in nicking you, sometimes they are after someone else, or off to an accident. The more you know, and the earlier you know it the better. Peace 🧐😎😜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

@@G58 As a driver for a few years now I have always been very aware of everything that is going on around me. It was just in this moment I had too much concentration on something that was less important. I am a very considerate driver and no road rage from me haha. @@JosieMay26 That’s cool. Do you find it more difficult to be aware in a van? I’m really bad at reversing vans. And my current car is a Saab 93 cabriolet with a total blind spot in the left rear pillar area. So when reversing in car parks I have no idea what’s in that area. So I put my hazards on and inch backwards. Serves me right for buying a 1990s hairdresser’s car 👀🧐😎😜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Peace

@@G58 Oh I’m sorry that you have difficulties reversing vehicles and I hope you improve sometimes soon! Especially if you’re ever thinking of visiting the place I visit haha In the back lanes of South Devon, Kingsbridge and surrounding areas you’re definitely going to need to reverse a couple of times. But yeah I learnt in the lanes so I normally am very socially aware. That was just in that current moment I got caught out! 😂 😁 Take it easy! ✌🏻
