wow Toby is the most chill Puppy ive ever seen, ive got a 10 week old lab right now that is insane, 100 miles an hour, then sleep for a few minutes repeat, try and put his collar on get chewed up. if I put him on dinette or bed he would leap off and eat the covers, try and get into everything, on walks eats everything he can grab off ground, cant wait till he chills out a bit and take him in my camper on some adventures

Toby is pretty awesome Kenny! He is so laid back. Our ten week old Golden Stella is the opposite..........she chases our four year old Golden Missy around the backyard at 100MPH!!! She'll play for a couple of hours and then sleep a couple. She does at least sleep the whole night now....Thank Heaven! Isn't the weather strange? You are staying warm compared to normal.........we're the same way. Last couple of weeks we have had 50 degrees. Yesterday we actually had 80 degrees......this morning it's 20 degrees with a wind chill of 2 degrees. The Day Lillie's are up, we have Tulips 6-8 inches tall.................everything seems to be running a month ahead...............means we'll probably get surprised yet with a big snow. I've noticed your lack of snow which is good for us. Less chance of the Mississippi giving us a big Spring flood. As always Kenny.........thanks for bringing us along!

A nice firestarter is to coat cotton balls with Vaseline, and then put the cotton balls in a Ziploc baggy. Each cotton ball will start a fire with ease.

What a great dog Toby is going to be! I think he probably feels safe inside the camper it’s secure for him. As the two of you bond more and it warms up outside I can see him wanting to spend more time outside with you. That was kinda spooky in those woods at night. I have had to deal with coyotes where I live while walking my dogs early in the mornings we go early in the summer because of the heat. I’ve had them follow me and circle me it’s pretty scary as they are really not all that afraid of humans. I have large dogs and it’s kinda like they are sizing them up to see if they can take them down or not. The coyotes in our area run from about 40 to 80 lbs and can be quite intimidating! Be careful out there!
