Hi friends! In this vlog, I explore London by visiting museums, shopping, eating good food, and seeing my favorite contemporary pianist, Ludovico Einaudi, live at the Royal Albert Hall. A month ago, I had never stepped foot in Europe before and would've never imagined going to a concert alone. But the beginning of a new chapter also comes with facing scary challenges and being alone doesn't have to mean being lonely.

I teared up at the part where you thanked your parents for the sacrifices they made for you and expressed that you will live their (childhood-)dreams and see the world for them :) it really made me think more about how I spend my time and also emphasises how precious time is, we should use it to also cherish and love ourselves more

recently I'm always thinking that my life is so bored where I live and not happy at all with so much things going on not like I planned or expected. I wish I could start all over... I can totally relate when you talked about your parents efforts for you to be there, we do things and we experience things our parents never did before, and only because they were working so hard to bring us up with the best they could. What matters is that you are aware of it, and you are working har so in the future you will be able to provide then those experiences 😊

hi I have been on a cycle recently between planning trips and being away. ill go on holiday for a weekend or a couple days or even a month and ill feel like im really living and then as soon as im back I start planning. ill plan anything from uni, living abroad, holidays or just day trips, but im obsessed with fantasising being away. This was so emotional and thought provoking 🥲 the entire video made me question my entire life and plans. There’s so much I want to do and try but I always hide behind the fact that I have no friends to do them with. I only leave my house when I have to but from today I’ll challenge myself to try something new, even if it is as little as entering a restaurant. And Ludovico Einaudi’s concert 🥺 my favourite of his is a sense of symmetric day 1, but I also love I giorni, oltramare and Nuvole Blanche. Watching snippets of the concert took me back to my days in Quarantine lying in bed doing nothing or writing, listening to his compositions. God bless your soul Jing 💕✨

Thank you for this video. I take me on solo dates to places too, but I feel like I often shy away from eating at nice restaurants because I'm worried I'll be judged for eating alone.
