A lot of times when I play, I get a lot of people asking me how I move around so fast or why I look like I'm on drugs with my movement style. To answer this:
1. Almost all my builds are set for mobility and/or handling. I usually run an SMG/Sniper load-out, and try to keep my fights at a medium - very close range. You'll notice that half the close quarters fights I get into, I don't even bother to ADS half the time (the vertical fore-grips help a lot with the hip fire accuracy), and thus, move faster to get out of AA.
2. Probably the most important bit which contributes to moving fast, I try to reset my tactical sprint as much as I can. You can see this as I randomly slide, bunny hop, ADS (at nothing in particular), and very occasionally melee. As well as doing this, plating while sprinting also gives you a speed boost as opposed to running with a gun out, with the additional benefit of more health.
3. Lastly, this one probably isn't AS important but can be really useful on stairwell fights (be it Al Maz Channel 7/High Rise, Ashika Tsuki Castle/Apps/401 Hotel, and pretty much every building in Vondel). Swapping weapons once while sliding (by this I mean switch to secondary and then quickly back to primary, or vice versa) allows you to fire sooner than just sliding and holding your fire button (up to a second I think, which can be a key difference in a gun fight). For controller players, there's already a button for this, I'm pretty sure. As for MKB, my default is the scroll wheel, but I have a secondary key-bind for this purpose.
