Showcasing the stasis warlock in birthplace of the vile. I wanted to use consecration titan but it is so tough to not die in the boss room. I got very close many times and died to some serious BS. So I went with the old tried and true stasis warlock build to help me control the adds. The raiders in this strike are a fucking joke TBH. Going immune and teleporting only to come up shooting before you can even hit them back. It is very annoying. Therefore spawn killing is extremely important, which is why I spam my rockets on the adds at the end. Also the start of this strike was probably my worst in all my attempts, taking lots of damage in the first couple minutes. Annoying because I had a lot cleaner sections before. But oh well, got it done in the end.
I also had stasis surge thanks to the selector node, so all my stasis damage was increased by 25% which was very nice. Can still do it without surge, just would take longer.

I made a behemoth Titan build and ran this gm a few times and I was actually blown away at how good stasis did. And it was super fun. Verculus bow makes it so good just like this build.

I may be misremembering but I believe the whisper of rending is useless when using verglas curve. For whatever reason, verglas will one shot stasis crystals without rending.

As good as this now seems w stasis, I think it needs a buff. Make it like Wish Keeper where you don’t need just kills, make it where hits grant hail barrage stacks.

A suspend that an enemy has to walk over doesn't nearly have the same lethality as making a stasis crystal. I think having headstone would suffice

@@SolixTanaka suspend has always been better than shatter except for champions as of right now given how weak the shatter damage is. If Bungie is to expect Stasis to perform better they must address that factor too. Verglas does need a buff however, given its weak effect and overall lack of lethality as is. I do not necessarily know if granting stacks upon merely reaching a headshot would be balanced though as the manner whereby Verglas employs its stacks is dissimilar to that in Wish Keeper, so perhaps make it an additional way of obtaining stacks upon landing consecutive headshots
