Oh, wow. This video and the whole concept just blew my mind.! I identified with the whole concept. I am in almost the same position with you (you are some steps ahead of me). The last two months or so I am thinking how much I have missed throught the years 'cause I was always waiting for someone else to come with or to take care of me.. When, in fact, I had to go alone whenever I wanted (I am planning my first solo trip to another city for a couple of days in May), to take care myself alone. I also agree so, so much with the toxic traits be the oposite of your love language. It's so freaking accurate!
