I’m so glad you are not doing the once a week videos that you mentioned earlier in the year. I love watching your adventures and history videos as well as your cooking recipes. I have two favorites on KZfaq and you are one of them. The other is Tony in ABcamping. He shows the beautiful country of New Zealand. He just lost his buddy Bruno and we are all devastated. Not sure when he is going to be back. Losing both of his camping pups in less than 2 years is horrible for him and his family. Watching you is helping me get through the loss of the pups. Oh, I forgot, I love Steve Wallis too. He has had a couple of rough times these past two years also. Love you crazy guy! ❤️

OMG! Quady! You were in my home town of Clifton and Morenci Arizona! You were in my old stomping grounds as a kid! Graduated from Morenci in 1980. Omg, the awesome memories of growing up in that area have flooded back in! Man if you go up the Coronado Trail up to Hanigans meadow on up to Alpine AZ, great camping spots! Camping and exploring out in the desert has a very unique charm to it; you were accurate when you said the camera doesn't really capture the scene as "your eyes" see it! Really enjoying your videos from this trip; my entire family gather around to watch them!

Hi! Mike The rock formations were beautiful. People are actually leaving it alone. I like cacti but not that close. I’m clumsy and would roll in one. The creek must be quite deep if there’s a boat ramp. When you were climbing the formation I kept thinking. I hope you have your garmin. ❤Ottawa Ontario 🇨🇦

Once again, professor, what a great touring vid! I kayaked the Colorado River between Arizona and Nevada at 5:00 a.m. it was so stinkin hot then. The rams and ewes were coming down to drink. So pretty there.

Wonderful folks! Then make your way through John Wayne's old stompin grounds of Springerville on your way to Show Low. Crazy, great history.

I've seen structures like the "crane," pipe, and ladders on rivers in Arkansas that are prone to flash flooding. They had USGS signs and serial numbers, so I was able to look them up and confirm that they are water gauges that allow the feds to monitor levels and issue warnings about crossing certain bridges or paddling certain waterways in national forests and our beloved Buffalo National River. I'm guessing the structures you saw serve the same purpose, especially because the areas near the river are for day use only.

That was a good video of Arizona. Back around 1990 I think it was. I asked you was able to go in between New Mexico and Arizona down in the Grand canyon it was beautiful. If I ever got a chance again and to go over to love to go and see that it's beautiful.

That thing next to the bridge is a river gauge put there by USGS. It measures flow rate in cubic feet per second and probably temperature as well. You’re getting close to my neck of the woods in this video.
