Life is an interesting juxtaposition, Isn’t it? You enjoy the beauty and the pleasures for what it is and then you go back to reality, it’s quite humbling but I guess the important thing is to not immerse yourself too deeply into the wonders of the dunya because as you have so beautifully explained the dunya will never love you back. I’m sorry you didn’t have the best time with the people! For me, I found that turkish people love when you make an effort to communicate in their language and not English. When I did that, it broke that barrier and I found for the most part, everyone was very kind! Maybe next time, If you decide to go your experience will be better! 💕

awww loved this so much. we were just in Beyoglu 2 weeks ago 😢. I did the opposite of you and came with my 5 kids and hub. the very opposite of a solo trip. but I did get the mornings with baby to go explore cafes for my morning coffee like you and it really was the best!

It is lovely beautifu love it it is good to be you're family I had good time I was travelling with family love it istanbul a lot masjid.you wil never mis salah .alhamdulilah adhan .having good times.enjoying life.good food.nice and clean place.fell in love staying there.friendly people cool but they don't wanted to speak english they prevet their language.I don't know their language.but my cousin speak turkish.you know why I love it stanbul.saw many restuarant yemen.syrian .somalia.you're enjoying diferent food love it.wow turkish tea is the best.

LOVE your vlog🥹 - in terms of the taxi driver if I’m not wrong- we were in Istanbul 2 weeks ago and we had the same guy - he sounded exactly the same and talked to us through translate and quoted a lot about Islam and gave many duas. He then gave us his number so that we could call him anytime. Only issue was - he scammed us in the end by cancelling our ride through Uber (we had no idea as it was our first day and no wifi) he then overcharged us and tried to be sneaky by adding more to the amount he put on the card machine😭😭 please be careful!! Unless this is a common thing they do there, he sounds very very similar to who we had booked through Uber whilst we were there.
