SOLO Winter BUSHCRAFT CAMPING Post SNOWSTORM / Shelter Building - No Talking ASMR

No talking ASMR version of this trip where I head out solo winter camping post Snowstorm and set up a nice bushcraft camp, build a shelter and do some campfire cooking in my cozy forest camp. I make steak, bacon, sausage and cowboy coffee and enjoy the beautiful morning snowfall in a winter wonderland. I use a wool blanket, boughs and a -30 sleeping bag to stay warm along with my fire and heat reflecting wall, I manage to stay warm even with frigid -20 temps overnight.

Many people like to stay at home listening to the blizzard, and I get ready in the snowstorm and go out for a walk, why do I like it so much? I wander alone, sometimes people are not at home, I stay on the street 😀but still like it, especially blizzards.

Hey! I look forward to these videos! Was expecting the musk ox throw but that looked like a heavy duty blanket. Solo trips are necessary sometimes. I love to cook bacon and then cook eggs in the bacon fat!! Later Ted..

Rewatching…I find I enjoy your fire building art….it careful, actually it’s a very careful concise art form…I say this because a fire in the conditions your portraying is a life or death matter in the woods. Great respect , I have for this…..cooking in the wild has its unique pleasures too. Never cooked in the wilds without feeling the need to find my own way with meat__

What was the outside temp, and how much heat comes into the shelter?

Want down to about -20°c overnight. But was only about -5°c in day and -8°c in evening. The fire reflects a good amount of heat inside when it is big. With this system it is more important to just have a good warm sleep system and clothes so the fire is more if a luxury is not needed. If it was needed, however, it is there to use 🔥

Thanks. It wasn't too cold. Low was at rhe most -20°c overnight and about -5°c high during days. I didn't have a thermometer but that was the forecast

STOP Seasoning meat while cooking, you either marinate or season, pouring cheap pouder on meat while it is cooking ain't the way!
