The main thing I like is it is stealth, so you do not have anything attached on roof. Example, you use portable solar panel that you store in your home on wheels. How much water do you carry? Wish your tours would include fire safety and personal security. Thank you for tour. Nice build.

Gasoline use is what I always think about. (I am more focused on travel/camping than nomadic life.) I find folks living in hybrids making use of the high mpg and heating and cooling interesting. I hope we see more hybrid vans coming out. There is the Pacifica, but they are very expensive and don't get that great a mpg and have short electric only range. I don't know why they don't make a Prius Prime or Element hybrid van.

Nice build on that Element 👍 It amazes me how bad some of these vehicles are on gas . Over here in the UK a ford transit with a 2 litre turbo diesel engine will do 40 + mpg ,and they pull well with plenty of power too .

I don't know if you've ever heard of the company, Trusted Housitters but that might also be a good option to grow your business. Some people on there just want a house sitter but most also want a pet sitter.

The pet sitting thing is a fabulous idea! Especially if you are an animal lover, and for whatever reason you can't commit to having your own pet. Really nice bed design. Great because of the way you can slide one side into the other. Resembles something "Ikea" like. Thanks for sharing! ❤️🌵☀️⛈️🌈☮️🐎🐾

I haven't made the jump yet to nomad life. One thing I think about is my dog. Would I hire a dog sitter? Yes, if I need to go into town to get supplies, I don`t want my dog to be alone.

I’ve always wanted a Honda Element, just because I like the boxy look of them. I’ve never thought to convert one to live in, but how perfect for one person. I follow another channel who has a Toyota 4Runner that she travels all over with and lives/camps in that is a much smaller space than an element and she makes it work for her perfectly. If she can live in a 4Runner I could live in an Element no problem.

I have the same year make model and consistently am getting 23-28 mpg. I'm quite sure that we're putting quite similar payload in our E's (I'm probably twice her size). Considering having it built out for me once I get ready to hit the road. Bob, know anyone out there that does this?

I absolutely love her build. On gas mileage... I too have driven a few boxes in my day. You really loose fuel economy from driving over 50 mph in the less aerodynamic vehicles. Also stop and go traffic and idling are not fuel efficient. The air filters need to be clean and you may have to change them more often if you are in dusty conditions. My husband and I took a trip in our 1995 class B van and got 20.7 mpg. We even had high cross winds. The majority of that trip we drove under 50mph on secondary and gravel roads. We were out exploring ghost towns in eastern Kansas. PS that van has a 350 engine and is gas. Thank you again for another fantastic video.

I had an Element. The lady should take out all of her seats and get a captain's chair driver's seat. I did that and it created a lot more space. Later I didn't have any problems selling it because I sold it as a work vehicle to an Appliance repairman. Second, she should reduce the size of her windows by painting the glass perimeter, on the inside, with black paint. Then you won't get light crack leakage.
