The wild passion for the guitar in Paris and Vienna was so intense in the early 19th century that a specific name was coined to describe it: guitarromanie. SoloDuo presents some of the most successful musical milestones of the time, combining the compositions of Johann Kaspar Mertz and Mauro Giuliani with arrangements of music by Beethoven and Bellini.
