NOTE (3/29/20): There is a significant rules oversight in this (and my one earlier Robinson Crusoe) video. As I was tipped off by a thoughtful commenter below, in solo play, THE MORALE TOKEN MOVES UP ONE AT THE START OF EVERY MORALE PHASE. This effectively makes the organize camp action pointless and allows the solo character to have more access to their special abilities with more determination tokens. It also goes a long way to addressing my balancing concerns about Robinson Crusoe as a solo game. I'm sorry for getting this rule wrong and I'm actually excited to play this game again now that I know I was making it somewhat harder on myself...well, on the Explorer. :) Happy gaming!
In this episode of Solo Playthroughs, Greg takes another look at Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island. In Scenario 2, we find the Explorer stranded on the island, trying to spend what are likely his final days on earth by lifting the island's curse. To do so, he will need to build 5 crosses. Standing in his way: lack of food and shelter, wild animals, looming snow storms, and all sorts of other hazards. Can our Explorer survive long enough to accomplish his mission?
