"protective angel number"? I (unwillingly) know numerology and many other pseudo-spiritual practices. But this concept of heavenly/angelic motifs in combination with a range of numbers seems like hodoo to me!

I believe that it is so common in our education system because there is a fear of wrongdoing and one who experiences that situation in his/her real life can also be afraid of being judged and even humiliated by others. Hope I could explain it precisely.

Sad thing is alot of teachers does not encourage new thinking or admit when they have been wrong. Most doesn't like to be questioned ;/

@@e.thereal i agree, i much prefer teachers who open up an answer once they told it for any questions rather than simply cramming as much into one lesson and giving no time for debate. even if you're initial assumption is incorrect, it will be much easier to remember a topic due to the discussion that follows the question.

Ok, so, I'm enjoying the information, but why did you spell his name "ASHE"?...(0:55), is that a part of the test? Just in my first Business Communications class and this is highlighted in Chapter 1. Lovin' the learning; helps me to appreciate having always been "odd man out" (tho I'm a girl, 🤣) You just got a new subscriber.😊

Solomon Asch stated: "That reasonably intelligent and well-meaning young people are willing to call white black is a matter of concern. It raises questions about our ways of education and about the values that guide our conduct. ", "Most social acts have to be understood in their setting and lose meaning if isolated... No error in thinking about social facts is more serious than the failure to see their place and function." He had a good hunch about some happenings, but ultimately made some very crude contraventions in terms of the false understanding, that everybody (in a country) is speaking a single language. Even when there is multiple flexibilities taken, there had to be an error or mishap in his own understanding! As such, an older person arguing with rationality for the sake of a less rationally devoted (naturally, over the course of time) younger person is as natural and deceiving, as finding reason in natures stead ever gets. The way, he was biased towards social goodness, is proof and anchor for this misappropriation and the sake of calling it appropriation. As such, his work is quite traditional, excessively confident and hyperbolic. I am glad, that I will never have to read his bs again! He did not find regrets in his conducts, which makes him entitled to the idea of imminent "bad" people. He was rarely willing to call them that, but wouldn't ever had stopped to apply the tricky/too-easy-too-actually-handle analogy of black and white, light and shadow, good and evil. In other words, he was a moron for society. Easy is a soothe, to easily phuck your self

This is bloody terrifying...I’m curious to understand why (at least in my experience), I’ve never heard this study referenced in conversation or other educational history videos on KZfaq discussing issues such as how 1930s-40s Germans bought into the subjugation and eventual genocide of Jewish people, people with mental impairment and other marginalized groups? Same goes for the never ending debates attempting to understand the reasons behind today’s cultural rift on political lines and the portion of Trump’s supporters who fervently continue to usher his praise, willing to deny anything he might have done that goes against their own moral set of values even when this act has been captured on video. Not to mention the level of dedication to him taking a second term in office despite the president elect set to take office less than a week away; this behavior borders on a cult of personality, but becomes a lot easier to understand when viewed within the lens of a Asch’s study...
