39:20 that was the Islamic prayer, the imam (person leading the prayer) is calling people for prayer. And that cool looking building you were saying was a Mosque where Muslims pray and that tower is where the speakers are from where you can hear the prayer being called 😁

Now that is how to fly! Only ever been on an A380 in economy since I'm normal person but it was still pretty interesting, that tail camera is fun to watch. I will say I'm surprised at how open those first class seats are, I sorta expected there to be a little more privacy for each... kinda like a pod.

I loved that you changed hotel rooms from the "shady" one. It probably was. The next hotel was amazing and you can tell a lot from "smell". I still think JAL First Class is the best. As usual, wonderful vlog.

The blinis are the little pancakes, and the melba is the little toast crackers. They are named after Dame Nelly Melba, and Australian opera singer from a long time ago. In Australia, the melba crackers are much smaller. Like Barbie toast. With the Champagne, the foam is called "mousse". The bubbles are referred to as "bead". So, if you want to sound impressive and like you know all about Champagne and sparkling wine, when you receive a glass, say "Hmmm, nice mousse, fine bead!"

Same! i just want to get home ( Ibiza ) dump my bag then I raid my fridge.. travelling is tedious even on short trips, so i just want to get from A to B . People are greedy tbh. Surely they can do without stuffing their faces for a couple of hours 😂

I was lucky to be upgraded to 1st class for free (there was an opening and they chose me) in a Barcelona to Abu Dhabi last February and the experience was similar. Abolutely impressive.

I used to work across the dock from London City Airport. They had a passenger jet and a helicopter they filled with AVTUR and set fire to them, black smoke would billow up. I suppose ULEZ has put a stop to that?

I live a few miles west of what used to be RAF Manston with the longest runway in the UK that was the obvious choice for aircraft emergencies and also home to the RAF's fire fighting school. Of course, in the old days, they used to use real aircraft . . . The black clouds of oily smoke was dreadful but the alternative even more so.
