Skip this comment if you don't want a mini video essay. But I love how this was made. In the beginning scene we see the Earth (i know he is a small boy but I just want to call him Earth to make it easier) is holding a poster that is ripped right at the sun's face. This will come into play later on. Meanwhile, we see 2 others (possibly Jupiter and Saturn judging by the comments but I will just call them Big Guy and Skinny Girl for the time being). They are seen arguing until Earth interrupts them since its time for the show. The poster shows that its a circus show consisting of our 3 characters and the Sun who is way bigger than they. They have an act where throughout the entire act, Big Guy and Skinny Girl are trying to make the other fail to the point where Sun is knocked unconscious and Earth almost dies. I even got a little bit emotional when the sun got hit but what really got my attention was how realistic all the reactions are. Earth is genuinely scared of what just happened, Meanwhile the other 2 don't even consider what happened to the Sun, but instead start to argue of who's fault it is. Earth has to step in and show them the reality of the situation. Luckily Sun is ok and the show goes on. Back to what I was saying about the poster, i think it being ripped where the Sun's face is, is supposed to represent the broken bond between the 3. Earth and Sun seem to get along, but the other 2 are so caught up with the little inconveniences of life to even notice when a real struggle or situation is happening. I also just really love how simple the designs are, as well as the story and moral. It all tells a great and engaging moral without saying a word. True talent. 10/10.

hi! i worked on this film, this is exactly what we were going for! earth, sun, saturn, and jupiter are all a family but don't really come together until things get serious. thanks for your kind comment and keen eye for details, it means the world you enjoyed it!
