Don't let the accent drive you away just yet. 1. Watch the video, 2. Listen! (Yes, you will understand). 3. Practice. I am not in school right now but I have studied up to chapter 10 so far. I think it was SS, BCC, FCC, packing efficiency etc. Love that chapter

In suspension we can see the particles of the suspended solution, but in water and oil mixture we can't see the particles of oil. So how may the mixture of oil and water be a suspended solution ?

Not all heterogeneous mixture are suspension some are colloids also .
