Heart arrhythmia, also known as irregular heartbeat or cardiac dysrhythmia, is a group of conditions where the heartbeat is irregular, too slow, or too fast. Arrhythmias are broken down into Slow heartbeat: bradycardia. Fast heartbeat: tachycardia. Irregular heartbeat: flutter or fibrillation.
Symptoms of arrhythmias include
(1) Fast or slow heartbeat
(2) Skipping beats
(3) Lightheadedness or dizziness
(4) Chest pain
(5) Shortness of breath
(6) Sweating

unidirectional block blocks the one direction of movement so it is allowing reentry from the same block from where it has blocked the impulse to pass through it.

22:55 After depolarization: Secondary wave of depolarization accompanying a normal or abnormal depolarization wave. Early After depolarization: Repolarization is slow so QT interval is prolonged and AP is decreased which slows the HR. Delayed After depolarization: RMP is reached after depolarization, but before complete refractory period is attained, premature AP generation takes place so HR is increased. Please check this!

the tabla -addicted Sir do you believe in finishing or clearing the concept ? We are not like other institute who will just complete the syllabus. I belieeve in concept and concept clearing took time. And i too have many responsibility. I am giving my best. I can not walk with all college at a time. Sir I have one doubt how Av block (Heart block)arises arrhythmia as there is no impulse conduction from sa node to Av due to Av block that leads to completely Heart failure but how does it cause arrhythmia?.
